Responsibility of unhappiness
If I feel that somebody else is responsible for my unhappiness, I have not understood the real working of my mind. The mind creates expectations and that in turn results in non-fulfillment every now and then. How can everybody around me live upto my expectations all the time? It is humanly impossible. They are all there with their own expectation sets alive in them and are living in the same way. They are also unhappy like me. The path is not through the fulfillment of the expectations. It is rather through giving up expecting itself. There is no other way if I want stable and enduring happiness in my life.

Start The Day With Awareness
Today can be a landmark day in your life.
Today, you can make a resolve that you want to live your life with awareness. Half the work is done if your resolve is sincere.
I will give you daily meditations that you can do every morning for ten minutes and then begin your day with awareness and happiness. It is just a matter of ten minutes a day in the morning and ten in the evening. The evening meditation will be done to review; just to straighten the priorities again.
For today, practice this meditation:
Sit straight and watch the marvel of breathing for ten minutes. Just watch. If some agitations come, look at them with compassion and start watching the breath again. Do not try to suppress the agitations. Have love for yourself.
